    Events Menu

    Pitmaster and assistant will set up your BBQ buffet in chafing racks, replenish hot food as needed, pack leftovers, & clean up buffet area after food service. Serving utensils are included. Plates, napkins, plastic ware, tablecloths and buffet tables are not included but may be purchased separately.
